By downloading or using FillTheGap, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

2. App Purpose

FillTheGap is a wellness and habit-support app. It is not medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

3. Subscriptions

If premium subscriptions are offered, payments are processed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
Do not interfere with app operation or distribution.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms in future releases. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
