FillTheGap ("App", "we", "us") helps users manage cravings, run short recovery timers, and track small behavior changes. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app.

Local progress data: challenge progress, timer activity, streaks, micro action history, and profile preferences are stored locally on your device.
Subscription status: if you purchase premium access, subscription state may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
Support contact data: if you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.

2. How We Use Data

To provide timer, challenge, and profile features.
To restore premium access and manage subscriptions.
To respond to support requests.
To improve the app in future releases.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store for billing and subscription handling.
RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase restoration, if premium is enabled in your build.
Vercel for hosting these legal pages.

4. Data Retention

Most app usage data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset your device. Subscription and billing records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies.

5. Your Rights

You may contact us to request information about personal data you shared directly with us, such as support emails. For App Store billing data, contact Apple directly.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data directly to us, contact us and we will review the request.
